Heyyyy! I hope you are all doing well and if you are in lockdown like me I hope you are not too bored! I have decided to make the most of this lockdown and spend this extra time I have been given to focus on my health! I thought I would share with you the 2 meals I have been enjoying for my breakfast recently! Number 1... A very simple porridge! I used to hate porridge but recently I have tried the quaker oats golden syrup porridge and its a game changer! If you are wanting to be really strictly healthy I would go with a plain porridge as this one does have a lot of sugar in but.... it is 100% worth it! I have been topping it with blueberries and banana and omg just try it!!! Number 2... Banana pancakes. I love pancakes especially for breakfast but I needed to find a healthy alternative, I found these super easy delicious ones and I will link the recipe below.
