Heyyyy!
I hope you are all doing well and if you are in lockdown like me I hope you are not too bored!
I have decided to make the most of this lockdown and spend this extra time I have been given to focus on my health!
I thought I would share with you the 2 meals I have been enjoying for my breakfast recently!
Number 1...
A very simple porridge!
I used to hate porridge but recently I have tried the quaker oats golden syrup porridge and its a game changer! If you are wanting to be really strictly healthy I would go with a plain porridge as this one does have a lot of sugar in but.... it is 100% worth it! I have been topping it with blueberries and banana and omg just try it!!!
Number 2...
Banana pancakes. I love pancakes especially for breakfast but I needed to find a healthy alternative, I found these super easy delicious ones and I will link the recipe below. I am not lying to you these pancakes literally taste like banana bread and they are so easy to make! I usually get some frozen raspberries and just heat them up in a pan for a little bit. These taste divine... just make them!
I know this was a super short post but I need the emphasis on these two meals because they are incredible! Let me know if you make them and what you think! Also, let me know what your favourite thing is for breakfast!
